Recap of Companion’s Participation in Food Wine Design

Last week, Companion was proud to be the official bread sponsor for St. Louis Magazine’s Food Wine Design.  Food Wine Design is a weeklong dinner series that focuses on the city’s culinary and design talent while raising money for local charities, including Food Outreach.  Each night featured two of the city’s most celebrated chefs (including Patrick Connolly, Eric Kelly, Lou Rook III, Ben Poremba, Steve Komorek, and more!) collaborating on a delicious meal and Companion was able to pair our innovative bread creations to go with each one.  Check out what we whipped up!
