A Great Race

For the 4th year “running,” Team Companion helped re-fuel thousands of St. Louis area girls and their families at the big Girls on the Run 5K, which took place November 13th in Forest Park.  Our team provided an array of pre-race, morning goodies to fuel up the runners.  It was a chilly morning, so the hot chocolate and coffee were going fast!   Then, we were waiting at the finish line with free treats for all the finishers.  Companion is proud to continue to support this great program aimed at empowering young women through running.
