Companion's Teaching Kitchen offers a comprehensive range of cooking classes, from traditional bread making to achieving the perfect fried chicken!
GREAT FOR BEGINNERS
You will learn some easy recipes guaranteed to impress family and friends — all while enjoying a great night out full of entertainment, delicious food, and of course, education! Beginner baking classes are 2.5 hours and focus on basic techniques that can translate into more complex skills.
PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT
These smaller classes let you really get your hands dirty as you learn to hone your technique. More one-on-one time with our instructors will help you reach new culinary heights! Our more intensive baking classes are four hours long, limited to 8 students and for all skill levels.
Our Friday night classes offer students a chance to gather around the stove. Learn valuable tips and tricks in a relaxed environment as our chef teaches you how to prepare a multi-course meal. Whether learning to make fresh pasta, a date night demonstration or creating a Thai dinner party, you will surely leave with serious culinary skills and a full belly.

Skip is a member of the St. Louis Chefs de Cuisine Assn. the Bread Bakers Guild of America, and the Retail Bakers Association. Although he loves to make artisan breads, cakes, and pies, he gets the most satisfaction from making bakers out of willing students.
