Since 1993, we’ve been committed to building the best bakery we can envision. Our new 41,000-square-foot facilty makes this a reality and we think you’ll taste the difference. Our West St. Louis Campus is more than just a baking factory. It’s everything we believe in wrapped up into a one-stop shop – bakery, café, retail outlet and education center.

Driven by our passion for making the finest European breads and gourmet pastries and sweets available, our new Campus provides us with the space to more efficiently craft our products while also allowing us more opportunity to invite our customers into the process. Our West St. Louis Café offers the same menu you love from our other locations, with the added ability to view and read about the baking process through giant windows looking out onto the production floor. Breakfast and lunch are served daily so pop in for a quick cup o’ joe and a sweet treat, a lunch break away from the office or grab a fresh loaf to take home to your table.

For those that always wanted to learn how to bake the perfect loaf of bread, learn the nuances of Southern cuisine, get your kids in the kitchen or learn how to whip up a perfect brunch, our state of the art Teaching Kitchen has offerings for both the novice and serious culinary adventurer.
