Next up in CollaBREADtive 3…Cocas at BARcelona!
The next bread in our CollaBREADtive 3 program is cocas, a traditional Spanish flatbread. Chef David Molina has partnered with us to create Roasted Red Pepper and Artichoke Cocas that is now on the menu at BARcelona in Clayton.
